ADDITIONAL ROOM/RATE INFORMATION:
1. Add 7% county tax
2. There is an additional security, cleaning, and
reservation deposit: $150. for 1 and 2 bedrooms, $200 for
3 bedrooms, $250. for 4 bedrooms (authorized
only/refundable if house is left cleaned).
3. Telephone reservations must be secured with a credit
card. You may pay cash at check-in. A security and
cleaning deposit will be authorized against your credit
card.
4. During non-holiday periods there is a $50. processing fee
for cancellations more than 7 days prior to reservation.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to reservation are
charged an additional one night's rental fee .
5. Holiday Rates: There is a 30 day cancellation
notice required for refund of deposit plus an additional
one night's rental fee.
6. No pets allowed.
7. No smoking inside home. Entire deposit will be forfeited
if violated.
8. Guests are responsible for damage to the premises during
their stay and will be charged accordingly.
9. Use of property is for registered guests only.
10. Rates and policies subject to change.
11. We reserve the right to refuse anyone.
12. Check-in time 2:30 P.M.; check-out time 11:30 A.M.
